Depends where you are. If you’re in the UK I’m fairly sure petplan do but you have to pay through the nose for it!

Pet insurances don’t cover things caused by a bitches pregnancy, that includes Pet Plan, Crufts and Kennel club insurances. They’d loose alot of money, and everybody would start breeding.

Unlikely, insurance companies won’t cover pregnancy because it isn’t an illness and it is avoidable. Likewise many won’t pay for dentistry either for the same reason.

Very unlikely – it doesn’t cover anything routine, like spaying, castating, injections etc. either. Obviously, they realise that breeding is fraught with risks and they would end up out of pocket.

Pet insurance doesn’t cover a lot of things that could commonly happen. That’s why I see it as a waste of money.

The best thing to do is start a separate savings acct. for your pets. Put what you can afford in it weekly/monthly. That way the money will be there when you need it. Insurance companies are worthless.

I agree with the savings account idea I have a couple of friends who do that, equally a good insurance policy can prove to be invaluable
Sounds like you need to have a nose at a few policies and see what you get for your money
have a nose at somewhere like moneysupermarket they have a list of pet insurance companies
