    If the sender had insurance, then they probably have a tracking number. Have they given you the tracking number, and what does usps.com website say about package status?

    With international deliveries, it can take four weeks once the claim gets processed.

    The sender has to file the claim, and they can only collect IF they bought insurance. And I believe you have to send global priority, and they will check with customs to see if the package entered the UK.
