hahahha thanks take it again
you just get another ticket
they wont jail you, but you will get a good fine and long ban. or they might lock you up in a cell with big jeffery.
Enjoy it, you deserve it. i feel sorry for your wife to be stuck with a half wit like you. Poor kid if you conceive.
Its people like you who cost innocent motorist loads when you hit them, and also push up our insurance.
A likely fine and driving ban – you also have your mitigation all set out
Where I live, nothing happens, since I see the same names in the blotter all the time for driving without a license. I imagine maybe you’ll be on probation….
a fine or maybe some community service prison heck no
You’ll probably get banned (18months) and receive a meaty fine (£750)…??? Just guessing though.
They could jail you
in missouri, you get a ticket for no insurance, a ticket for driving without a license the 1st time, a misdomeanor offense a 2nd time and a felony offense the 3rd time. GET YOUR LICENSE DOPE!
It might make it very difficult to get a license in the future, if ever. I doubt you’d go to prison! Look up your local state website and do some research in the law pages. They should describe what the penelties are. Second offence is normally worse.
the next time the cop pulls you over
he says liscense and registration
you say you already have them
handcuffs and jail very likely
based on a Steven Wright joke, he is Mr. Wright, anyone consdered that?
I doubt you will go to prison, calm down, you will get another ticket and another fine. Get your licence and Insurance ASAP, because the cost of that is going to be alot less than what you are paying in tickets and fines.
Good Luck to you and your wife.
your first time that was a warning the second time i think you really messed up but will probably get a fine or even put in jail for a couple days the worst you can get is jail but you might just get a fine when my dad got arrested he only went to court and had to pay a fine that’s mostly all i can tell you
It depends on the state you live in. But, in most states, you will be
in BIG trouble. The 1st driving without insurance or license will get you HUGE fines for both. Probably around a $1000 for both combined. Plus, in some states, you won’t be able to get your license back for a long time.
The judge won’t be so kind with the second offenses. In all the different states that I have lived in, that would, usually, mean
EVEN LARGER FINES FOR BOTH. Plus, it could mean jail time.
I got caught driving without insurance once. That fine was $400
alone. I had to pay it with 30 days. I paid it and got car insurance.
Yu insure the car as far as liability or collusion.fire unsured motorist is concerned.
If you wife is insure you should be also unles sit strictly prohibits you for driving.. But her liability covers anyone under the wheel.
Take a copy of the insuranc to the court wiht you and plead stupid.. Tell them your wife insured the car for liability. If she did than the car is covered.., and that means the driver is covered.
YU should be facing a fine and maybe probation unless you were DUI in which case you could do a fe weeks in jail.
But double check the policy. They all tell you that unliscensed persons cannot drive but still your wife insured the car not for any circumstances.
Yu should beat this one on the insuranc epart
Fines and punishment vary by state. In Illinois if you get 3 moving violations in one you your drivers license gets suspended and the fine for driving uninsured is $500. If you get your drivers license suspended before you actually get a drivers license then you are looking at a world of hurt once you actually try to get one. You will need to get what the call a Financial Responsibility Filing Insurance policy. Generally these are more expensive than regular car insurance and have to be kept up for 3 years without lapse, even if you don’t have a car. They are filed with the state, and if you let the policy lapse – your driving privileges are immediately suspended and you have to start over.
On a side note, do you realize that each time you go out and drive unlicensed and uninsured you are taking a huge gamble. Say for example you are driving and another driver blows a stop sign and hits you – the at fault person in that accident is you even though you did not blow the stop sign and cause it. Technically you should not have been on the road period as an unlicensed driver, so you would be automatically at fault and financially responsible for any damages. I would say being stopped twice and ticketed for driving without a license has been your warning. I would not press your luck further and go for 3.
you will most certainly lose your licence (even though you dont have one)….you will be disqualified for probably 12 months or more from obtaining a licence or driving…..you will also receive heavy fines and costs will be awarded against you……there is a possibility of imprisonment…..dependent upon your previous character…..that will be up to the judge to decide.
From personal experience my advice is to attend court and appologise…..admitting your stupidity ……and try to have some plausible explanation as to why you did it.
Well at least you know how stupid you’ve been, like other answers I guess you’ll probably be looking at a longer ban and heftier fine than if it was your first offence though it really depends on the judge hearing your case, you may get one who wants to make an example of one who is sympathetic to your circumstances.
You will be rewarded with a baseball cap, tracksuit, asbo and possibly be tagged.Wear them with pride my son!
I doubt it will be prison but a heavy fine and a ban will be in order.
If I was the Magistrate I would send you to prison for 6 months. Ban you from driving for 2 years to run concurrent from the day you take your test, give you 8 points and fine you £500 plus court cost.
The sooner JP’s take a tough stance on this kind of behaviour the better.
You will probably get a ban and a big fine, also your wife will probably end up in court for aiding and abetting on both counts, she will also be liable for prosecution for letting an un-insured and un-licenced driver drive the vehicle, I know that you say you own the car the but law states that the logbook (V5) has to be in her name as she is the person legally responsible for it as she is the one with the insurance to drive it so sadly she will probably get a longer ban than you and a bigger fine. People like you cost innocent law abiding motorists like me a lot of money.
