How can I have Insurance Number in UK with my EEA family permit visa?

You don’t get one till you have been here for 2 years and completed exams to enable you to stay. Until then if you work you pay high taxes on a week one basis and national insurance, you do not get free dentist, doctors or anything like that until you paid and passed the exams and it has to be everyone in your family that came here and if you fail you get deported.

You need to go to your local Job Center or DSA office, they will help you with NI number. Or, you can apply for the job, and if employer offers you a job, as them to apply for your NI number or take the appointment letter to your local JOB CENTER and show them the appointment letter, they will sort out the rest for you.
