It will have the car registration number and your name and surname. That’s it.

Katie, if your insurance has your phone number and your age on it then you must live in a communist country or something.
We don’t even have ID cards in this country. The poster is talking about the UK eg: England.

On mine it shows my name, surname, number plate. But it can vary from policy to policy. Definitely won’t show driving licence details, telephone number.

You receive a policy schedule which lists your personal details including name and address but the legal document is the Certificate of Motor Insurance which you need to produce when taxing the vehicle or if asked by the police .It gives your name the vehicle covered and the dates of valdity .

It has your name, address, age, car registration number, car make, car age and sometimes telephone number, depending on whether or not you told it to the insurance company. It doesn’t list your licence number.

Little Wing- I’m from England. My insurance definitely has my age and phone number on it. I can scan if for you if you really care that much… perhaps it’s because I’m 23, I don’t know. For some reason I’m believed to be a more dangerous driver, simply because I’m under 25. Who knows. Ask Tesco, not me.

It shows your name, date of birth and numberplate.
It also shows any other named drivers on the policy.
